Refund Policy

The Boardside System is sold by Michelle McHale, trading as Boardside Living. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the system is not earning its keep in your house, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed. If you do not cancel, your chosen monthly or yearly plan starts automatically at the end of the 7 days, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from that first charge.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can request a refund in three ways:

• from the Billing page inside the app, using the 30-day guarantee button;
• through Paddle at paddle.net using the email address on your order;
• by emailing boardsideliving@gmail.com.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money back within five to ten business days.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps every system open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Plan changes — monthly to annual, or annual to monthly — take effect at your next renewal.

Outside the 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally not refunded, but we look at each request on its merits — if you were charged for a period you clearly did not intend to use, get in touch and we will make it right. Refund requests are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.
